Let go let light The HeArt to Be Happy

“The act of “Letting go” is neutralising things, attachments, thoughts, experiences and
feelings.
If you do it right, you should feel like a balloon that has dropped the
ballast.
Even if you have to let go a bugging thought thousands of times, just do it.
Send it out in a light-column to Source-energy and get the recycled energy
back as joy and unconditional self-love for the mere fact of having
accomplished the “letting-go-thing” once again.”
