TRUTH: Total Reliable Utility To Heal

“When you want to change some habits or behavioural patterns in your life,
it is best to write them down, to face them.
For example: On one site of a list you write the “negative” and on the other
site the positive outcomes you want to improve or succeed in.
Be prepared that some astonishing positive things may happen after doing
this. If you learn to talk and write openly about your weaknesses and
vulnerable spots you nearly immediately transform them into strengths
because you are aware of them.
Awareness creates compassion and understanding for yourself and nearly
automatically for others too.
You can see now that your subconsciousness in general carries the longed
for fulfilment of your wildest dreams. Your subconscious believes and the
dissolution/processing of fears are very vital for the procedure of finally
receiving your wished health and happy outcomes.
The whole process is a bit like opening a treasure-box, or learning to know
what exactly is going on in your cellar rooms: Guilt, grief, grudges,
judgement, fears,…(“Mr. Hide” as you could describe the hidden, dark
shadow-part of your personality?)
Truth, integrity and honesty means to be willing to deal also with painful,
awkward or embarrassing topics or issues.
If you do this enthusiastically day by day, you would not have these
countless lugs and loops any more where other beings or situations can so
easily “hook in” or “press your buttons”, for the purpose of manipulation
leaving you feeling overpowered or overwhelmed.
Practise and embrace the inner truth and you will feel more and more free
to be who you really are and most likely your subconsciousness will open up
rapidly and widely, expanding for you in your day- and night- dreams, so
that you can work on deeper levels to just Let Go, Free Your(higher)Self.
Do remember, that dream-dimensions are multidimensional, very intuitive
and multifarious in their symbolism. Sometimes seemingly scary
happenings may have the most beautiful, positive meanings.
There are many techniques available to learn to become even awake and
aware in your sleep. Here are a few Examples: Lucid dreaming, The Art to
decode dream-symbolism in many cultures, Tibetan Dream-Yoga, Vision
Quests. Dream-time-visions and learning to recall your dreams can be
most auspicious and helpful for your growth.”

“Your ability to relearn the inner practice of appreciation is a vital key for
happiness!
Appreciation for your partner, human fellows, pets, nature, for the fact that
you are still alive, for your senses, that you are able to see and smell roses,
that you can walk and decide what you want to do, there are more than
enough.
The best practise is, to make a list of them all if you want maybe even on a
daily basis. It will help to enhance immediately your feelings of joy and it is
fun.
It can be very beneficial for bringing you into higher joyful energies, to
write on a list every day at least three things in your life that you are
grateful for.
If you are doing this appreciation-list daily you will see that your mood,
your world-view and level of consciousness depends totally on what you
focus upon.
Affirmation:
“I am JOY.”; “I am LOVE.“
“My life is more and more filled with joy, love and beauty.”
It is possible to overcome everything with creating the radiance of Joy +
Beauty around and inside you. Think about all the things you love or always
wanted to do, to enjoy or wanted to have.
Imagine, visualise how you feel when you have or do them already here and
now.
Be creative, paint, decorate your home, style your garden, learn a new
language and most important be friendly, loving and compassionate with
yourself and your body, thoughts and feelings.
While you relearn to treat yourself better and better in this way it will just
happen effortlessly, that you treat your human fellows in the same friendly
way. 🙂
Why? Smiles, joy and laughter have healing-powers for you and for others.
You just make the world a better place while doing it. Try out more and
more often your “Better feeling You”.”

You wondered how to explain the effectiveness or functional qualities of prayers and affirmations and the like ?

Here is a possible explanation for this.

We can recode and heal our DNA by just “talking to it ” in a loving way …physically with the hands with Reiki, Massage, Acupressure, etc. , verbally by using mantras ,prayers or affirmations, emotionally by feeling love, appreciation and joy and mentally by changing thoughts / habits/ attitudes in a positive way.

Sometimes some weird pain can just disappear in no time in meditation…

The genetic code follows the same rules as all our human languages.

Your DNA is reprogrammed by words and frequencies.

In the scientific field of Wave Genetics and their research activities and the resultant explanatory model, the formerly believed 97 % of so called “junk DNA” really functions at a rich interconnected level of super codes and wave-communication.

They are manifested as something that could be described as liquid

crystalline structures or dynamic gene-holograms as part of the whole

chromosome continuum, your inner universe.

The DNA functions like a kind of biological internet but it is in many ways more effective than the artificial one.

This wave-communication is also connected to hyper-communication,

which per definition is communication that is faster than the speed of light.

Telepathy, remote healing, inspiration and intuition for example are

operating on this level.

The old traditional medical, physiological model of the psycho-neuroimmunology led back the effect of hypnotic suggestions and the like so far solely to certain control mechanisms in our human brain, located particularly in the regions, which are assumed to contain the subconscious layers.

Now with this new holistic approach of wave-genetics it looks that it is much simpler: the DNA is able to react directly to the spoken word.

You-niverse you see…?”

Did you ever wonder about the complexity of this high-tech device that you call your physical body ?

Have you found yourself often with the thought, that you are only willing to believe in miracles, if you can see them and touch them?

Well, obviously we have the tendency to overlook the most apparent facts about our physicality, by not looking as closely as we maybe should do, to become aware of the miracles:

The miracle is you and every honest scientist, mystic, spiritual teacher, guru or child will tell you that life itself is a wonder:

Your combination and fusion of body-cells, microbes, nerves, electromagnetic signals, consciousness, intelligence is not less multifaceted than the universe.

The miracle is you: Your inner universe… You-niverse. Symbiosis is holistic beauty and the evidence that harmony is the pursued natural state of being.

Just consider the complexity of your physical body ALONE:

Your physical body is co-designed by microbiota which is “the ecological community of interdependent, symbiotic and pathogenic micro-organisms that literally share your body space”.

Here again it is all about keeping the balance right.

Symbiosis is harmony and pathogenesis is dis-ease or disharmony.

Microbiome only accounts for about for 1-3% of your total body mass, with some weight-estimates ranging as high as 3 pounds and contains partially completely foreign DNA .

The human microbiome consists of about 100 trillion microbial cells, so they are outnumbering human cells 10 to 1.!!!

Humans are colonized by many microorganisms, so I refer to the traditional estimate, that humans live with ten times more non-human cells than human cells and not the more recent estimates, which have lowered this to 3:1 and even to about 1:1.

The human microbiota includes bacteria, fungi, archaea and viruses. All the micro-animals which live on the human body are excluded.

The human microbiome refers to their genomes, specifically to the collective genomes of resident microorganisms, the genetic material of an organism.

It consists of DNA (or RNA in RNA viruses). The genome includes both the genes (the coding regions), the non-coding DNA and the genetic material of the mitochondria.

If you are still not aware about complexity of your inner, physical universe, you-niverse, here is an overview that could change that in a few minutes:

The genomes of microorganisms are usually composed of no more than 10 million DNA bases and are therefore not very complex compared to the approximately 3 billion bases of the genome of humans or mice.

Let us have a look at the amount of genetic code or information that is present in every of your cells, as well as in the cells of the microbiota that are not belonging to “you”, but are inside of your gut, your skin, in your nose, etc. :

You could see the information metaphorically like a book:

This “book of genomes” would contain 23 chapters or in gene-language: Chromosomes.

Each chapter would contain 48 to 250 million letters (A,C,G,T) without spaces;

Therefore, this book would contain over 3.2 billion letters in total, and on top of this, all its´ complexity would fit into a cell nucleus, which has the size of a pinpoint.

Now envisage that at least one copy of this book with all 23 chapters, is contained in most cells of your body. The only exception in humans is found in mature red blood cells which become enucleated during development and therefore lack a genome.

Both the microbiota and the microbiome can and does significantly affect human physiology. For example, in healthy individuals the microbiota provides a wide and complex range of metabolic functions that humans lack.

They, the human microbiota and the microbiome, are in fact a major part of THE solution and natural answer to many if not most of the “life-style diseases” including autoimmune diseases or degenerative diseases and even ageing and infectious diseases.

If you keep this part of your in physical terms symbiotically coexistent part of your metabolism in good shape you will be awarded with optimal health, happiness and wellbeing.”

You as a consciousness with a human experience, are like a GOD for all these cells and the Microbiota / Microbiome.

Whatever you feel, think and say, your physical multi-verse will response to it and you have the responsibility to choose what it is.

Self-Love, Self-worth and Self- acceptance

The time and place to embrace yourself completely from a loving space of

Self-allowance, Self-Love, Self-Worth and Self- acceptance is right Here and Now.

The best way to live a “life worth living” is to live it from this loving space

of your heart and to let this unconditional Love freely enfold itself from the

inside to the outside.

Listen to your inner subtle voice, which is representing the Inner Truth, that

will honestly tell you what you really want in your live.

Listen diligently to the sometimes very faint voice that reveals your inner

secret wishes, creative ideas, visions and fantasies for that what you call “a

life well lived”.

If you say now:“There is nothing that I can hear”, than that might be the

case because of you made a long time ago the decision rather not to listen

to that precious, gentle, subtle inner voice: In the consequence of this

blocking, it became almost impossible for you to hear it.

Once you change your mind and decide to listen again, while taking inspired

actions, your inner divine voice will become louder and clearer again.

The time and place to embrace yourself completely from a loving space of

Self-allowance, Self-Love and Self- acceptance is right Here and Now.

Just allow yourself to be YOU, however and wherever you are right now.

Be truly in this Here and Now and you will likely experience a sense of inner

peace which will allow you to live, act and speak through your True-Self.

It is also there where you can find your inner truth, and ultimately manifest

that truth in ways that support your “better you”, your most

compassionate, unconditional loving, divine and most marvellous Higher

Self.

The greatest healing is to be totally aware of your true Self-worth. This

inner deep appreciation and knowing gives you the true inner freedom of

appreciating, celebrating, embracing your awareness of your soul-worth.

In the consequence of this you will, step by step, stop giving your true

power away and quit looking for approval, acceptance and even for love

outside of yourself.

This means to cease to live from these above mentioned conditional

energies of others and to recognise that you are representing and

impersonating live-force-energy and Love itself.

Affirmations:

My inner truth enables me to see and acknowledge clearly the inner and outer

wealth in my life NOW. I choose a life that is free, joyful, powerful, rich in

blessings.”

Beneficial good flows naturally into my life. The right, beneficial people, the right

place, the right belongings, the right inner and outer wealth are manifesting

NOW.”

I am worthy. All good is now mine and is manifesting in my life-experience Here

Limitation is predominantly happening through your own restricting behavioural patterns of allowing yourself only thoughts (mind) of limitation and by dogmatic, restrictive concepts or believe-systems, learned and applied repetitively through social conditioning.

It is through “The internal science of healing your thoughts” that you can enfold your whole potential. In deed, you are a scientist exploring your own inner universe of consciousness.

You want to Love yourself unconditionally? You can ! You could start to meditate.

I love you for no reason

You want to Love yourself unconditionally? You can !

You could start to meditate.

That´s what I stumbled upon when I was starting a Jiu-Jitsu training many years ago and realised that before we were allowed to start the training in the dojo, we had to go through 10 minutes of breathing , sitting still and letting go.

No description of “how to” was given to us than “breathe in love , breathe out stress and all that shit, you know..” ( some of our Jiu Jitsu trainers were punks), but it became naturally, gradually a useful habit in my everyday live to be the “observer of my own thoughts, emotions, feelings,…”,just for some minutes, expanding gradually.

Just being. ( asking secretly inside ” Who is that “ME” really “…of course 😉

Nowadays some call it” mindfulness” or mindful awareness and it is even becoming a part of certain methods of psychological practise, in other words it is mainstream.

Nowadays I still learn daily from this practise. No this is not a method, it is just what came naturally to me and it works for me and through me.

In the essence it is just sitting / being still, breathing (love) in, breathing (forgiveness) out, letting go (fear) and let Love (=God) be. That´s it.

I think this might not feel really helpful for many people as an instruction in the sense of “How to meditate 101” or “ how to let go, to process, pain, fear, anger, frustration, stressful thoughts, worries etc., it is so easy to describe something simple like meditation in a more brainy way, so here we go:

Try to find the most relaxing sitting position for you and ideally a silent room or even better,an environment that is including nature of some kind (park, woods,forest, beach..)

It is very important to ground yourself, that is why sitting is a good idea, while lying might put you right into the sleeping mode.

Grounding means that you consciously establish a connection to the earth, the very mother earth you are sitting on, because this is simply where you within your human, physical experience are, at least if you are not sitting in a plane or in the space station.

By the way: Meditating is not some fluffy new age stuff or an obscure levitation exercise practised by weird Yogis .

It can be a very reliable, down to earth technology, that has measurable effects, in deed there is some good chunk of science nowadays available for everyone who wants to stick only to facts and figures and who has access to the internet or literature:

Meditation can have many positive effects for you, holistically: Physically, mentally, emotionally and if you want spiritually.

Back to the importance of grounding:

Like a tuning fork, the earth has natural occurring sound frequencies and these are called Schumann resonances.

Did you know that the first five Schumann resonances overlap with the brain frequency bands ?

Especially in meditation or within creative activities, dreaming, meditation, daydreaming the human brain waves ( delta, theta,alpha ) have a frequency that is in tune with the natural electromagnetic frequencies of the planet earth.

Just do your own research if you want, it is worth the read.

We are living in the 21st century and I called the conscious act of meditating a technology, because even if you might not have recognised it as yet, but your body, your mind, your consciousness, has the same potential like a high- tech space-ship, that many of us might have read, heard or seen about in so called science-fiction stories or movies.

Even though some people still believe, that their bodies are just calorie burning machines or a random bunch of cellular structure, functioning in a random pattern of biochemical interactions, in other words they believe they have just a bicycle, but in deed they have an advanced technology, a space ship and they can either ignore it, or they can learn to use it to their advantage.

Advanced science ( no not the main- stream that is still sicking to Newtons laws only) is getting closer to spirituality and the other way around, than you might have noticed.

O.K. this was the slightly brainy part, just for our ego´s to feel a bit more sophisticated, now let´s get to the simplicity of our “diamond in the heart-lotus” which has more to do with the highest and most powerful vibrational frequency that there is in the multiverse, universe, cosmos:

Unconditional LOVE.

Step 1 : Forgive yourself... UNCONDITIONALLY….( use that as an affirmation if you want..like your personal Mantra) a everything every thought, emotion,guilt, anger, frustration, etc, whatever thought…. Just let…. it ……GO.

Do not (NOT) resist thoughts, because that is not letting go, but rather provoking or attracting more of that kind of BS in your thought- merry- go- around, that you do not want there.

The more you resist and fight this “monkey mind”, the more it will tease and provoke you. 😀

Like clouds in the sky just witness all these thoughts passing by. Even if it seems to be a clod blanket:

Breathe out all that BS that simpley does not feel good, and breathe in the love, light, good energy, life-force, whatever you like to imagine.. whatever works good for you, whatever feels good.

Step 2:Love yourself unconditionally. No matter what.

No matter what kind of thoughts and feelings, or even pain might rise up now, just let it BE there. Does it have a message for you ? Just listen to it and then let it, let all of them go.

They are just thoughts and feelings. Why should you even judge or interpret them as good or bad? They are not who you ARE, therefore you just do not have to identify with them. They will come and they will go, that is for certain.

So they are rather representing constant change, than something that perpetually is, right?

What really is, is your consciousness,  being able to observe all this from a neutral point of view.

Or at least gradually getting to this realisation. It is only a matter of breaths, not even time, because you can get there in just 2 seconds or in 2 hours, that depends only on your readiness to let all this just be and on letting it go… fear, anger,stress, grudges, judgement, resentment…. All processed things in this process are already a progress !

I know…letting go, that´s the hard bit. But: The physical reason for that hard bit is actually relatively soft tissue and it is called your BRAIN.

It is creating and broadcasting some thoughts, but have you ever felt LOVE in your brain ?

No, the brain is meant to be used as a tool for thoughts, calculation, creativity, talking, writing learning, communication, visualisation, dreaming and so on, but feelings, especially Love are mainly locatable in and around the physical HEART – area and secondarily in the gut, the skin, the spine or other body-parts.

If you want to give your brain a task right now, you can even count silently the seconds that you are breathing in, holding your breath and breathing out.

Or, even better, you can use an affirmation / mantra,(either as a silent repetitive thought-mantra or spoken) for example :

I love myself unconditionally, in the same way like God / Goddess / Source / Creator /Love Light Energy ( what ever you want to use here) loves me unconditionally.”

Or how about just “I love myself unconditionally.” the shorter, the better.

How about “ I Love you” ?

It is not important that someone or something is meant with this mantra, in deed you can use the mantra for everything that comes up, from your mind, imagination, thoughts or even from your environment, maybe the lawnmower from the neighbours, maybe the bird in the tree, maybe a dog, maybe your cat …?

Step 3:

Unconditional Love frees your mind.

The mantra “ Unconditional Love frees my mind”or “I am Love” could be very helpful right now. Because this is what can happen right now, or within the next minutes or hours, or days, every time you want and you allow it to be like this.

Sounds too simple ? Why should it be complicated ?

The brain might complicate things within certain concepts about conditional love: “I love this and her and him because,..if…only when…, unconditional love cold be so easy if only all the conditions are right to love them that way, right ?“

Unconditional Love is not arising from the brain nor from the train of thoughts but from the heart and does not need explanations, approval or justification.

Unconditional Love frees, liberates your mind through your heart.

You CAN breathe yourself through that mantra (“ Unconditional Love frees my mind”or “I am Love”) every minute, hour, in every day live, always.

Not only in a calm, sitting breathing meditation. It has the potential to function everywhere: In the school, at work, in the tube, in a traffic jam (maybe rather not while driving a car..), at the bus station, in the bus…

Just allow yourself to be in joy and love.
