If you want to know about only some of many health benefits of coconut oil:

Here some evidence-based medicinal properties of coconut oil

Fat-burning: Ironically it is a saturated fat and as that it can accelerate the loss of midsection fat (the more dodgy kind of fat).

Human (men and women) studies show: Just two tablespoons a day (30 ml), is capable of reducing belly fat within 1-3 months.

It is brain-boosting: A study, published in 2006 in the journal “Neurobiology of Ageing”, showed that the administration of medium chain triglycerides of that kind, found in coconut oil, in 20 subjects with Alzheimer’s disease or mild cognitive impairment, resulted in significant increases in ketone bodies . After just 90 minutes after the treatment ! So as a result of that they saw measurable cognitive improvement in those with less severe cognitive dysfunction.

Clearing head lice: Combined with anise spray, coconut oil was found to be superior to the insecticide permethrin (OMG !)

– It supports healing wounds: Coconut has been used for wound healing since time immemorial. Three of the known mechanisms behind these healing effects are:

1.Coconut-oils ability to accelerate re-epithelialization.

2.Improvement of the antioxidant enzyme activity

3. It is stimulating a higher collagen cross-linking inside the tissue, so that it is repaired.

– Coconut oil has also been shown to work synergistically with conventional treatments, such as silver-sulphadiazine and is speeding up burn wound recovery.

It has anti-inflammatory, analgesic, anti-ulcer active, anti-fungal and fever-reducing properties.

Researchers remarked in view of emerging drug-resistant Candida-species, that coconut oil should be used in the treatment of fungal infections.

– It is a testosterone-booster:

It was found to reduce oxidative stress in the testes of rats, resulting in significantly higher levels of testosterone and also to reduce their swollen prostate by reducing testosterone-induced benign prostate growth in the same rats.

Coconut oil is improving blood lipids consistently . It improves the LDL:HDL ratio in the blood of those who ingest it.

As this became evidentially clear, coconut oil can no longer be blamed for being “that nasty saturated fat which clogs everyone’s arteries.”’

– As a fat-soluble nutrient absorber coconut oil was lately to be outstanding in comparison to other oils in enhancing for example tomato carotenoid absorption.

– It is strengthening bone health: It has been shown to reduce oxidative stress within the bone- structure, which may prevent structural damage in osteoporotic bones.

The superfood. The amazing health benefits of cacao:

-It has Amazing antioxidant properties

Cocoa beans contain a hefty amount of antioxidants at about a 10 percent concentration. This is greater than many common foods that are valued for their antioxidant properties.

For example: Cocoa beans contain 621 antioxidants, wild blueberries contain 61 and domestic blueberries contain 32 of them.

They have 3 times the antioxidants of green tea and twice the amount that is found in red wine.

Antioxidants supposedly lower blood pressure and have a protective effect against many diseases, such as heart disease and cancer.

It is a natural antidepressant

Cocoa contains enzymes that are known to fight depressions that tare often caused by hormonal imbalances in the body. These enzymes are supporting the body to have higher levels of Serotonin, dopamine and phenylethylamine (PEA), which are used by the body to promote mental health and general well-being.

On top of that, cocoa also contains other enzymes that are designed to help these feelings of happiness last longer.

-They are good for your heart health

Cocoa contains remarkable amounts of polyphenols which are beneficial for the cardiovascular system. There is scientific evidence, that this element can reduce blood pressure and thus, increasing the health of the heart.

It contents magnesium, another element that is essential for good heart health, by increasing the strength of the heart, it also helps to reduce the risk of blood clots, which are risk factors associated with strokes and heart attacks.

-It boost your energy

Cocoa gives the body similar energy-boosting results as a comparably sized cup of coffee, but without the caffeine-crash that is often experienced after its consumption. This is because there are different composed stimulants in cocoa beans, than there are in coffee beans.

Apart from that cocoa, if consumed in moderation, helps relieve anxiety.

-It can aid in losing weight

Sounds paradoxical, but cocoa consumption might help losing weight.

Researchers have studied the effect of cocoa, improving the sensitivity to insulin. Current studies focus on the link between obesity and a sensitivity to insulin, with some scientists suggesting, that optimising this connection could positively influence the bodies capability to reduce weight.

-It may satisfy female cravings, during a woman’s menstrual cycle.

Cocoa naturally contains lots of the important mineral magnesium, which women need more during their menstruation.

Constipation: Cocoa works as a mild laxative.

Research studies have shown that the therapeutic effects in treating chronic constipation and bowel function diseases.

A study, done on paediatric patients, proved that the consumption of fiber-rich cocoa products resulted in faster colonic and intestinal transit times. Another study also suggests, that regular consumption of cocoa products encourages better bowel function, increases the frequency of bowel movements, and softened the stool without inducing side effects like for example gastrointestinal discomfort or abdominal pain.

It can naturally fight Cancer: Cocoa can have beneficial effects in inhibiting the growth of cancer cells without influencing the growth of normal healthy cells. Recent studies have provided evidence that the chemo-preventive and anti-proliferative qualities are utilised by the presence of flavonoids and procyanidins in cocoa. Foods rich in procyanidins have high oxygen radical absorbance capacity. These effects have proven to be extremely valuable in the therapy and healing of several types of cancer, including colon cancer and prostate cancer.

In short it helps to put the brakes on cancer cell proliferation.

It can help to fight Chronic Fatigue Syndrome:

Cocoa has been shown to be beneficial for people who suffer from chronic fatigue. These abating effects of cocoa on C.F.S. is attributed to the encourage the hormonal release of neurotransmitters like serotonin, anandamide ( the “bliss-hormone) and phenylethylamine in the neural structure. This has protective effects from oxidative stress on the brain-cells and therefore assists in fighting and winning against Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.

Anandamide is also a neurotransmitter that is produced in the brain: It binds to the THC receptors. It has been called the “bliss molecule,” aptly named after ananda, the Sanskrit word for”joy, bliss, delight”, and amide.

It is synthesized from N-arachidonoyl phosphatidylethanolamine by multiple pathways.

It is degraded primarily by the fatty acid amide hydrolase (FAAH) enzyme, which converts anandamide into ethanolamine and arachidonic acid. As such, inhibitors of FAAH lead to elevated anandamide levels and are being pursued for therapeutic use.

It is considered an endo-cannabinoid, which means in effect, that it is a substance produced in the body that binds to cannabinoid receptors.

Finally, anandamide was found to do a lot more than produce a state of increased happiness. It is naturally produced in areas of the brain that are important in memory, motivation, higher thought processes, and movement control.

It plays an important role in pain, appetite and fertility.

By the way there are also other foods known to contain anandamide like celery, parsley, black and white truffles (Tuber melanosporum) and tea.

It might help against neurodegenerative disorders like Alzheimer’s :

The presence of flavonoids like epicatechin and catechin in cocoa has shown to be beneficial in treating neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer’s. Research findings suggest that these phytochemical components in cocoa have synergistic qualities, which assist in reducing oxidative stress. These qualities can help to prevent neuronal cell damage and they have a protective effect on the cellular membrane against cytotoxicity.

Please Note:

-Commercially available chocolates and cocoa-products may not be rich in the original beneficial flavonols of cocoa beans: They might even get destroyed by over-processing in the manufacturing-process.

In order to obtain the real benefits of cocoa, it is important to ingest the correct source of cocoa.

-Cacao can become like every other stimulant, an extremely addictive substance.

Much like coffee, cacao as a stimulant, can negatively affect sleep if you overdose it.

So use it in moderation.

-Caffeine: Cocoa is a source of caffeine. The consumption of excess amounts of caffeine can lead to increased urination, sleeplessness and irregular heartbeat. It can also aggravate the conditions of anxiety disorders or diarrhoea. Excess amounts of caffeine during breast feeding can result in crankiness and abdominal discomfort in infants.

“The essence of “Ascension” explained in a nutshell

Can you imagine: That there are an infinite number of parallel-realities with the corresponding parallel-earth-planes already existing in the Here and Now.

You shift to one of these parallel-realities each and every time that you are changing and attuning your internal vibrational level to a frequency that matches exactly to the resonating vibration of this parallel-reality.”

If your only Limits are your beliefs what prevents you from Changing them?

What is it?

THE (HE)ART TO BE HAPPY

The heART to be Happy Beliefs 3

“Choices / Beliefs and your wishes

The thoughts you think and carry onto think are choices, a belief is a thought you keep thinking and a belief-system is a whole construct of pre-designed thought-patterns that was mainly created and passed to you by others and thenchosen by you to be the ultimate truth.

Become aware that to utilise your own intelligent questions is in general more important than to follow prefabricated truths from others.

If your only limits are your beliefs what prevents you from changing them?

There is no limit to your capability to learn to know or to listen to your inner source of “just intuitively knowing”.

Everything, every single happening in your life happens because you are making perpetually choices and decisions.”

“Manifestation or Co-creation in a nutshell is:

You get it, when you believe it.

Once you believe  you will see, it will manifest.”
